The  Mama   crooner made it clear that he is a fan of  Wizkid  and would be looking to work with the  StarBoy , contrary to the widely held belief that as a DMW signed artiste, he should hold a feeling of resentment towards the Star Boy. NBC Ban: This Is What Really Happened The public had been led to believe that the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has placed a ban on a number of songs including  Olamide ’s  Wo!   The ban was believed to have been placed on the basis that the songs, particularly  Wo!,  carries content unfit for public circulation. However, one of the key officers of the NBC has come out to say that the commission had nothing to do with the ban. In a recent interview with TheCable, NBC Director of Broadcast Monitoring, Idachaba Armstrong distanced the commission from the ban. In his words: “Nobody at NBC issued a statement to the effect. We can’t be issuing a statement on every album released in his country. The broadcaster has the responsibility to do the needful”. NBC Bans Olamide’s “Wo,” Davido’s “Fall,’ 9ice’s “Living Things” The  National Broadcasting Corporation ( NBC ) has tagged five Nigerian songs as “Not to be Broadcasted”. The corporation released the list, saying it has banned the 5 songs from being aired. The songs are:  Olamide ‘s “ Wo ” and “ Wavy Level ”;  Davido ‘s “ Fall ” and “ If  (Remix) ”; and  9ice ‘s “ Living Things .” The Federal Ministry of Health had said in a tweet on Friday that the video to Olamide’s “Wo” is in violation of the Tobacco Control Act 2015.

Olamide’s Wo ! Poses Danger To Public Health – Federal Ministry Of Health The Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria has made a social media post to inform the public of the dangerous public health content in Olamide’s trending street anthem,  Wo ! The government agency took to Twitter to pass the information to the public, stating that the song and its video contains lyrics and visuals that violate the ban on Tobacco advertising, promotion, sponsorship provision of the National Tobacco Control Act 2015. It has now been confirmed that on 17/08/2017, a U.S court cleared  Dammy Krane  off of the card theft and fraud allegations leveled against him.
